All rates are for one or two people in a room.
Additional guests: $15/night for third person in room
Rates do not include the mandatory 12% Mexican tax.

Breakfast
All guests receive a complimentary
continental breakfast.
Confirming Your Reservation
A non-refundable deposit of 50% must be received within 7 days of making
your reservation.
The balance is due 30 days before arrival.

Pay
by check
Checks
should be made to Caroline Wexler, and sent to Casa Carolina, 9308 St.
Marks Place, Fairfax, VA 22031. We will send you a receipt. The balance is due
30 days before arrival and may be
paid in U.S. dollars or Mexican pesos. If you would rather pay
the balance by personal check, you may send it to the same address as the
deposit. It must be received 30 days before arrival.
Pay by credit
card
You may pay by credit
card if you have an account with PayPal. If you do not have
an account, it is easy to set one up. When you click the button below,
you will go directly to PayPal's secure payment page. Just follow the
instructions to make your secure and easy payment.
Cancellation
and Refund Policy
No refunds will be given for deposits or early departures. Refunds of the
50% balance paid 30 days prior to arrival will be given only if we are able to
re-book your entire reservation. A $100 service charge will be deducted.
Our
policies have evolved over the years to help us provide the best
possible service to the people who want to stay at Casa Carolina, so
we have to say: no exceptions. Please don't ask.
The emergencies that force people to change or cancel their travel
plans tend to happen "at the last minute." That's why they're thought
of as emergencies. You may wish to consider purchasing travel
insurance, so that you don't have to worry about an unanticipated
problem causing you financial loss.

Checking In
Check ins are accepted until 9:00 p.m. Arrangements must be made in advance
for later check ins.

Note:
Most of Xcalak hasn't yet joined the Internet revolution; however, we have
pretty reliable access to the Internet via satellite. We have a U.S. phone
number where you can leave messages for us if you don’t have access to
e-mail, but e-mail really is the best way to contact us. We gave up on our
Mexican telephone number because the phones hardly ever work in Xcalak.
But
please keep in mind that while our location gives us beautiful water,
beaches, diving and fishing, we also have weather and technical problems
that can occasionally interrupt our communications. If you try to
contact us via this form and we don't respond, or your e-mail is returned to
you, please try again! If you are unable to send your e-mail request
