Casa Carolina Room Rates
January 2 - April 30, 2012: $100
May 1 - 31, 2012: $85
June 1 - October 31, 2012: $80
November 1 - December 19, 2012: $85
December 20, 2012 - January 1, 2013: $110
All rates are for one or two people in a room.
Additional guests: $15/night for third person in room
Rates do not include the mandatory 14% Mexican tax.
Rates are in U.S. dollars.

Breakfast
All guests receive a complimentary
continental breakfast.
Confirming Your Reservation
A non-refundable deposit of 50% must be received within 7 days of making
your reservation.
The balance is due 30 days before arrival.

Pay by credit
card
You may pay by credit
card if you have an account with PayPal. If you do not have
an account, it is easy to set one up. When you click the button below,
you will go directly to PayPal's secure payment page. Just follow the
instructions to make your secure and easy payment. If you would rather
pay the balance by personal check, you may send it to the same address as the
deposit.
We will send you an email to confirm your reservation
when we have received your payment. If you do not receive confirmation in what
you consider a timely manner, please contact us. It either means we have not
received your payment, or that the email somehow went astray. (Or once in the
greatest while, we actually make a mistake and forget to send the
confirmation.)
The balance is due 30 days before
arrival.
Cancellation
and Refund Policy
No refunds or credits will be given for deposits or early departures.
Refunds or credit of the 50% balance due 30 days prior to arrival will be
given only if we are able to re-book your entire reservation. A $100 service
charge will be deducted.
The emergencies that force people to change or cancel their travel
plans tend to happen "at the last minute." That's why they're thought
of as emergencies. You may wish to consider purchasing travel
insurance, so that you don't have to worry about an unanticipated
problem causing you financial loss.

Checking In
Check ins are accepted until 9:00 p.m. Arrangements must be made in advance
for later check ins.

E-mail really is the best way to contact us.
Although we have a U.S. telephone number where you can leave a message if
you do not have access to e-mail, our only telephone service in Xcalak is
via the Internet.
But
please keep in mind that while our location gives us beautiful water,
beaches, diving and fishing, we also have weather and technical problems
that can occasionally interrupt our communications. If you try to
contact us via this form and we don't respond, or your e-mail is returned to
